Cancellation Policy & Payments

At MuseCool, we do our very best to keep lessons as flexible and convenient as possible for our families. To protect the time and commitment of our professional tutors, we kindly ask you to note our 

24-hour cancellation policy: lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson are charged at the full lesson rate.

For payments, you are welcome to either pay on the day of each lesson or purchase a block of sessions in advance (valid for 90 days from the date of payment). Please note that lesson credits and balances are non-refundable, though they can of course be used for any lessons within the validity period. 

To make things easy, your account balance is always visible in our mobile app. We simply ask that balances remain positive – this ensures smooth scheduling and avoids surcharges.
